Summer Training:

Program Full

Open to Seacoast junior golfers ages 14 to 17.

Our development programs are designed for the golfer aspiring to play high school golf, college golf and maybe beyond. The focus of the program is competition, physical and mental development, tournament preparation, and advanced skill development.

Summer Training includes:

  • Golf Instruction: Group practice and play to learn etiquette, sportsmanship, and pace of play.
  • Each golfer will be individually evaluated to determine their strengths and weaknesses and a training plan will be created just for them.
  • Golfers will work on improving skills through range sessions, short game work, and on-course play.

Winter Training: Feb 26–Apr 16

Program Full

Winter training began on Sunday, February 26th and is being held at Granite Fitness & Performance and St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover.

Winter training includes:

  • core strength and flexibility training with certified strength coaches
  • swing instruction with a certified golf professional
  • simulator tournament play on a Foresight GC3 simulator

PROGRAM DATES: February 26 – April 16, 2023.
DAY & TIME: Sundays from 1:00–6:00 pm
LOCATIONS: Granite Fitness & Performance,

2023 Academy Membership

Program Full

In addition to seasonal training programs (offered at $25 per session), SJGA offers an Academy Membership for players who want to focus on tournament play.

Fees: Academy Membership for $200 for the year and includes entry to our summer training program.

Eligibility: All junior golfers ages 14 to 17 who reside in the Seacoast, New Hampshire region. This includes Barrington, Dover, Durham, Greenland, Hampton, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Rollinsford, Rye, Somersworth, and Stratham.

Annual Membership Includes:

  • SJGA Golf Hat & Winter Hat
  • Golf Vest
  • Long Sleeve Golf Polo
  • 1/4 Zip Jacket & Wind Jacket
  • Logo Golf Balls
  • Junior Event Fees Reimbursement
  • Play in five events and get a surprise gift.
